Mindy's apartment is located opposite to the Silvergraph studio.

Once you clear out the overseers outpost, you should have Durante's key, which was located on the desk in vice overseer Byrne's office. After leaving the outpost, enter a small alley on the right, and jump to the visible apartment on the first floor. This apartment belongs to Mindy, which you have had the opportunity to help during mission two (Help Mindy side mission). Her apartment contains another bone charm hanging on the wall, and a whole lot of valuables.

The alley will lead you to Howlers' territory, which means Paolo's bar and Durante's office.

Once you've searched her apartment, go to the alley which will lead you to Howlers territory. If you haven't explored this area earlier, start by looking around a little, and eliminate two patrolling howlers. You've passed by an office which requires a key to Silvergraph Studio. The key itself is located in Durante's office.

Durante's office contains a few useful things. First, and the most important item, is the note with access code for the main door of Aramis Stilton mansion. The second is an another note - Our Two Cuckoos and the Silvergraph Studio Key lying underneath. This way you'll update your task and unlock the ability of non-lethal conclusion of two leaders captured earlier. Only thing remaining is a bone charm lying on the desk.

Put the bodies of both leaders to prepared coffins.

Once you've cleared Durante's office, take the bodies of the leaders and carry them to Moddoti Silvergraph studio. Your task is to put both leaders to "coffins", while your reward is lying on the bench. The office contains the second collectible for your cabin - Meagan's Silvergraph.
