Below there's a list of all the secrets available in mission five, as well as instructions on finding them. Among the items are bone charms, runes, paintings, blueprints and audiographs.

Bone charm #1

The amulet is on a table on the first floor.

The first bone charm can be found in the bar, close to the infected apartment.

Bone charms #2 and painting #1

The painting and the bone charm are in the bloodflies-infested flat.

The second bone charm and the first painting are in the apartment ridden with bloodflies. Both of these are in the main area, next to the desk.

Outsider's shrine and runes #1 and #2

The shrine is inside the flat.

The Outsider's Shrine is on the top floor of a flat close to the bar.

Bone charm #3 and blueprint #1

The note from the shopkeeper, the blueprint and bone charm.

Both of these are in the Northern part of the location, underneath the entrance to Breanna's mansion.

Bone charm #4

The bone charm is in the area with a garden.

The charm can be found in a room next to the one where you've found lenses for the Oraculum.

Bone charms #5 and #6

Knock out or kill Breanna to obtain two amulets.

Both bone charms belong to Breanna (for now). Either kill her or knock her out from above or by a slide - don't even try to strangle her.

Painting #2

The painting hangs in Breanna's office.

The next painting is in Breanna's office, on the staircase.

Bone charm #7

Above the elevator shaft, you'll find a secret room, where a bone charm is.

This bone charm is above the elevator shaft, on the top floor, in a small room.

Rune #3

That's a rune no doubt.

The third rune can be found in at the beginning of the path to Breanna's. Remember to get rid of her first - otherwise you'll be compromised by the demonic creepers of the witches, that are all over the roof.

Bone charm #8

The charm with some valuables.

The seventh bone charm is in a room on the first floor (ridden with bloodflies).

Rune #4

The rune is resting on a pillow.

The fourth rune is on the fourth floor. It's the room where a corpse is on a couch.

Blueprint #2

Gotta appreciate all these steampunk details. Oh - a blueprint!.

The second blueprint is on the ground floor, in a room where the mechanism that's sort of like the wall of light can be activated. The blueprint is on a workbench in the corner.

Rune #5 and painting #3

Audiograph and a rune.

The fifth rune and the third painting are in the basement. The key to these rooms is in the registry room, but you might as well squeeze through the crack on the right. The painting is at the back, so you have to jump over the bookshelf to get to it.

Bone charm #9

From the main courtyard you will see two windows. Enter the one on the left.

Another bone charm is in the basement, in a room adjacent to the one with treasures. You have to enter through a window since the doors are locked.

Rune #6

The last rune is in the black market store

Safe #1

The safe in the quarantined flat will be locked, obviously. The code is written on a piece of paper in the black market store.
