 | 10 | Pound of Flesh Increased chances of finding the health orbs and improved healing received from them. |
 | 10 | Ruthless Increased chances of performing critical hits. They also deal more damage. |
 | 13 | Nerves of Steel The armor is improved based on the Barbarian's current Vitality. |
 | 16 | Weapons Master Receiving one of the bonuses depending on the currently used weapon: Sword or a dagger: increased damage Mace or an axe: increased chances of scoring critical hits Polearms and spears: increased attack speed Mighty weapons: addition fury points gained with each hit. |
 | 20 | Berserker Rage The Barbarian can inflict more damage if he has a maximum number of Fury points.

 | 20 | Inspiring Presence The shouts last twice as long and once they've ended the Barbarian's health is being regenerated. Here's a list of available shouts (active skills): Battle Rage Threatening Shout War Cry |
 | 24 | Bloodthirst Some of the damage dealt to enemy units returns to the Barbarian as Life points.

 | 27 | Animosity Improved fury regeneration and fury's maximum value. |
 | 30 | Superstition Reduced non-physical damage received by the Barbarian. He can also count on receiving several Rage points if he suffered from a ranged or a magical attack. |
 | 30 | Tough As Nails Improved armor value and increased thorns damage.

 | 35 | No Escape Increased damage inflicted by the Ancient Spear and Weapon Throw skills. If the spear gets a critical hit, then it instantly becomes available again. The thrown weapons recharges Fury points if a critical hit was scored. |
 | 40 | Relentless Each time the Barbarian is low on health his skills stop draining Fury points and he receive less damage from his enemies. |
 | 45 | Brawler Additional damage can be inflicted if the Barbarian is surrounded by at least a few enemies. |
 | 50 | Juggernaut Reduced duration of effects that can immobilize the main character. There's also a chance of regenerating health points each time the Barbarian was stunned, feared or charmed. |
 | 55 | Unforgiving The Barbarian instead of losing Fury points outside of battle can slowly regenerate them.

 | 60 | Boon of Bul-Kathos A significant reduction to cooldown times of the Earthquake, Call of the Ancients and Wrath of the Berserker active skills. |
