The opportunity to unlock this quest arises during the second visit in Prague, after the return from Utulek Complex, which marked the end of The Rucker Extraction quest. If Jensen agreed earlier to do the favor for Otar Botkoveli, the gangster may contact you again and order him to do another job. Jensen will be "asked" to meet with Mrs. Kadlek, owner of The Red Queen in The Red Light District in Prague.
The Red Queen is located in the eastern part of northern Prague (M20 map). Once you enter the building, head to the second floor and find the office of Masa Kadlek (M20,1). During the conversation, you have to agree to complete the task involving finding and kidnapping a man called Dominik. Mrs. Kadlek will give you a photo of this person. An additional reward for meeting with Masa is 350 experience points.
Very important note - If you decline the task for Masa Kadlek, fail it (Dominik dies during the kidnapping attempt), or delay the quest for too long, you may enrage Otar, and he can murder Vaclav Koller in the further part of the game!

Mission objectives
1. MANDATORY - Infiltrate the Dvali safehouse - the Dvali safehouse is in the eastern part of the city (M21 map)
2. SECONDARY -Find the control room - The control room is in a secret room in apartment 95 (M21,3).
3. MANDATORY -Find and incapacitate Dominik - Dominik is in the laundry room on level one (M21,4).
4. MANDATORY -Store Dominik in the locker - You have to deliver the incapacitated Dominik to a locker on the backside of the building (M3,9).
5. MANDATORY -Secure the storage locker - Once you place Dominik, leave the warehouse
Infiltrating the Dvali safehouse
The destination is the Dvali safehouse (M21 map). Reaching it is quite complicated, as the whole neighborhood is Dvali gang territory, with unauthorized people not allowed to enter. The gangsters are mainly guarding a narrow passage near the exit from The Golden Queen (M3,6). Attacking them is not a good idea, as you could alert the whole neighborhood, and get the cops' attention. You can sneak past the enemies if you have a developed camouflage.
Arguably, the best way is choosing the alley located a little to the south from The Red Queen (M3,7). It will lead you to a closed gate with level four security. If you don't have the necessary hacking skill or Multitools, you can jump over the fence (Klipspringer Jump Mod will be useful) or break through a weakened wall of the nearby warehouse, and then open the gate from inside.
Once you get past the gate, you can choose one of two ways. The first involves crossing through small sewers. Once you get to the sewers, you'll reach a room with poisonous gas. If you have Implanted Rebreather, you can jump below instantly. Otherwise, stay on the upper level and make a few spaced jumps to reach a weakened wall, shown on the screenshot. Once you break through it, you'll find yourself near a valve, which will allow you to cut the supply of gas.
The room with the gas is not the only obstacle, as there are two EMP mines in the second tunnel. They aren't a danger to Jensen only if he has Electromagnetic Pulse Shielding augmentation. Otherwise, destroy them from a distance, or use Remote Hacking.
The sewers will allow Jensen to reach the Dvali territory. Smart Vision can be useful for a little recon, so you won't get spotted, as there are few gangsters in the neighborhood (during the first visit to this location, they may be involved in a conversation - you should make use of that)
Sneak through or shoot your way through the main entrance of the Dvali safehouse (remember to hide the bodies of neutralized enemies) (M3,8). The exploration of the building begins on a courtyard on level one (M21,1).
The second method involves reaching the upper balcony, shown on the above screenshot. The easiest way is to activate the lift nearby (it will be useful at the end of the mission), but you could as well use Klipspringer Jump Mod, and make few bigger jumps. Choosing this path will allow you to begin exploring the Dvali safehouse from level two, in the apartment 86(M21,2). This is a better way to proceed, are you are closer to a secondary objective, described below.
For reaching the Dvali apartments, you'll receive 350 experience points + a bonus if you hadn't been detected.
Finding the control room in the Dvali safehouse
Reaching the control room and turning off the local security system is an optional objective. You shouldn't avoid it, as the sabotage of local cameras will help you immensely while kidnapping Dominik.
The target of the journey is the apartment 95 on level three (M21,3). On the way, you should stun or kill every encountered enemy, so they won't interrupt you in the further part of the mission, when you'll be taking care of Dominik. Additionally, you have to watch out for active cameras. You can sneak through when the cameras are facing the other way, use the camouflage, destroy them (a risky step) or render them inactive for a while using EMP ammo / EMP grenades/ Remote Hacking. The door to the apartment 95 have a level three lock - complete the hacking minigame or use a Multitool.
Note - The apartment 95 can be accessed through the balcony on the level three of the building. This action requires undertaking a very complicated climb through the roofs and objects located very high above the street.
Once you find yourself in the apartment 95, find the secret button, shown on the above screenshot. Pressing it unlocks access to the control room - you'll receive 750 experience points, and a bonus if you hadn't been detected. The security computer is the main point of interest here. It has a level three security, but you can use the password ST33LB3AM5 (it is saved on a palmtop located on the apartment 95 balcony. Once you break into the system, you can turn off the alarms and all cameras.
Finding and incapacitating Dominik
Dominik is in the laundry room on the level one of the building (M21,4). Before you visit him, you should eliminate at least two gangsters guarding the courtyard. The best way is to wait until they split and perform takedowns or use tranquilizer ammo. If you visited the control room, the local camera should be turned off. Otherwise, you have to avoid it or sabotage it through EMP charges or Remote Hacking.
Sneak near Dominik, who should be talking on a phone. YOU CANNOT KILL HIM, or the mission will end in a failure. Instead, incapacitate him in any way - a takedown, tranquilizer ammo, or a gas grenade. You'll receive 750 experience points, and you'll receive a bonus if you hadn't been detected.
Hiding Dominik's body in the warehouse
The last part of this task is very troublesome, as Dominik's body has to be transported to the warehouse in an alley behind the Dvali safehouse (the same one that you could have visited when sneaking to the building) (M3,9). The easiest way to complete the task is to carry the body to the apartment 86 on level two, reach the balcony (M21,2) and put the body on the lift shown on the screenshot.
Important note - While carrying Dominik, you cannot drop him from a large height (for example, from the apartment 86 balcony), as he may die from the fall!
Once Dominik is placed on the lift, use the button to get it downstairs. Move the container and continue dragging the body (watch out for manholes!). The body has to be placed in the warehouse marked by the game - as a reward, you'll receive 1500 experience points + a bonus for avoiding detection. The last action is closing the warehouse, so interact with the gate.
