The Mystery Augs - side quest Deus Ex: Mankind Divided Guide

This quest is unlocked at the end of the Getting in Top Shape Again main quest. It will appear in your journal after meeting with Vaclav Koller in his dungeon (black clinic), located inside The Time Machine bookstore in the southern part of Prague (M5,1).
List of objectives
1. MANDATORY - Confront Sarif in my apartment - Get back into Jensen's apartment in Prague and have a video conversation with Sarif.
2. MANDATORY - Investigate the scientist's apartment - The apartment is located in northern Prague near TF29 HQ (M3,10).
3. MANDATORY - Use my home TV to contact Sarif - You have to return to your apartment after Sarif calls you during your third visit in Prague.
Speaking with Sarif
This quest is about speaking with David Sarif about the experimental upgrades discovered by Koller. You must head back to Zelen apartment building (M4 map) and enter Jensen's apartment located on the top floor. Afterwards, interact with TV and press the option to call David Sarif. He will mention Vadim Orlov and will promise you to look into the case. You will receive 350 experience points. The quest will be temporarily put on hold, and you will have to progress further in story before a subsequent part of this quest becomes available.
Investigate the scientist's apartment
Completing the next part of this task will have to wait until after you have return from Utulek Complex, where you had to complete the main quest [The Rucker Extraction]. Shortly after returning to Prague, Jensen will be contacted by Sarif, who will inform him of having located Vadim Orlov. Sarif will give you the coordinates of the scientist's hideout - it is located in northern Prague next to the TF29 HQ (M3,10).
In order to investigate the hideout you will first have to get to the balcony of an apartment on the first floor. The best way to do this is by having the Klipspringer Jump Mod. If you do not have this implant then you can move a large object and use it as a platform or open one of the garages and climb onto its raised gate.
While there, you can also take a look inside the garage on the right (locked, security level 2). Inside you'll find a board with a photo of Jensen and Vega, among other things. You can also move the rock shown in the picture. Behind it you will find a palmtop containing code 3608, which will soon be very useful.
Upon entering the apartment you will receive 750 experience points, and find Orlov, dead. It is worth examining his body, so that you will find an access card to the vault belonging to Tai Yong Medical (more info about possible uses below).
Try to break into Orlov's computer (security level 2) as well as Madame Photographe's (level 1) to read all the messages. Additionally, you can take a look into the safe. While it is secured by a level 5 protection, you can use the previously acquired access code 3608. The safe will contain, among other things, a quest item - Confidential Medical Report on Jensen.
While waiting for the further part of the described quest to unlock, you can visit the Palisade Property bank in Northern Prague. Specifically, you should access the bank's lower levels where the vaults can be found - a detailed walkthrough of reaching this part of the bank is on the pages with the descriptions of M12 and M14 maps (the vaults are accessed from the garage). The vault in question is the one belonging to Tai Yong Medical, located on the level five of the bank (M3,44). Above all, the vault contains a quest item - Prototype Schematic Diagram. Aside from that, you can find, among others, a valuable Praxis Kit.
Prototype Technical Diagram can also be found while exploring the G.A.R.M. facility in Swiss Alps, which takes place during the main quest GARM. The diagram is in a small southern room in hangar 2 (M24,21) and is shown on the above screenshot.
Sometime after your return to Prague (the visit during which you need to muddle through the police curfew), Jensen will be contacted by David Sarif, who will ask you to have a videoconference with him. Once again, return to Jensen's apartment in Zelen Apartments in Southern Prague. During the conversation, you should use all dialogue option, and broach the subject of the found diagram(s). This conversation will conclude the quest. You'll receive 1100 experience points, plus a bonus if you sneaked to Zelen Apartments without being detected by the police forces.
