Where to find all the Estus Fragments? Dark Souls III Guide

Estus Fragment is a special item that will increase the number of available Estus Flasks that you can carry with you. All the collected fragments should be taken to Andre in Cleansing Chapel.
The following list will determine where you should look for all the 11 Estus Fragments. Should you have any problems with finding any of the elements, look through the description to get more detailed information.
1. Cleansing Chapel
It's in the upper part of the chapel. You will get there once you purchase a key from Shrine Handmaid or perform a stunt that will grant you access to the roof (jump from the nearby tree). The fragment is right under Crow's nest.
2. Undead Settlement
The missing fragment is at a large square with a bonfire and a several groups of opponents. It's the square, from which you can move in two different directions (to a building in front of you and right towards the bridge).
3. Farron Keep
Not far from the entrance to Road of Sacrifices. Locate a fallen tower, the item is next to it.
4. Road of Sacrifices
Head to the bonfire in Crucifixion Woods, approach the nearby ruins and walk around them from the left side. You will find a place where you can jump down. The missing fragment is near the bonfire occupied by two enemies.
5. Cathedral of the Deep
Go to the bonfire in Cleansing Chapel and walk outside. There is a well on the right, and a group of foes in front of you. They will be praying around your Estus Fragment.
6. Consumed King's Garden
Head to the Garden from Lothric Castle and access the elevator protected by a temple knight. The lift will go all the way to the bottom but you should jump off halfway and land on a balcony. Find the item on the right by a fallen body.
7. Grand Archives
Use the lift by the bonfire of the same name. Turn left and go downstairs till you reach one of furthest roofs (the one, from which you can clearly see the Sun in the distance). The item is near a fallen body, by the railing.
8. Smouldering Lakes
Move to a bonfire Old King's Antechamber. Locate an illusion in the wall, in a chamber with a bonfire. Check the hidden passage.
9. High Wall of Lothric
Head to a bonfire in Tower on the Wall and move through the roofs towards the great square, and use the ladder to get down. Enter the room and avoid the knight. Next, get to the very bottom and come across a group of enemies. Estus Fragment is somewhere in the middle of the chamber.
10. Anor Londo
Move from the bonfire, through the gate. Get inside the building and find the item in a chest on the left.
11. Irithyll Dungeon
Leave the prison and the stairs down should lead you to a building, where you will be attacked by three opponents. Get inside and attack the chest situated on the right - it's a shapeshifter that has your Estus Fragment.
