Bringing Down the House | Crash Bandicoot 3 Trophy Guide Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Guide

Last update: 21 August 2017

This page provides information on how to unlock "Bringing Down the House" Gold trophy in Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped for PlayStation 4. You receive this trophy for collecting 42 gems (Gems).

This is one of the most demanding trophies, because it has you complete successive levels perfectly, smash crates and visit all of the secret locations (it should be noted that boss fights are not included here, because you do not obtain any gems from them).

You should start trying to obtain the trophy by obtaining five gems of different colors. Four of them are relatively easy to obtain and only the Yellow Gem requires some more work.

The Yellow Gem can be obtained only after you have collected, at least, 10 relics, i.e. after you have completed any 10 time trials. It is permissible to win any relics, also the "weakest" sapphire ones. After you have collected the 10 relics, return to the central location where you choose stages. Use the orange plate shown in screenshot 1 which will take you to the basement. There, stand on plate 27. This will open a portal to the inaccessible part of Hang 'Em High.

This location is not too difficult to complete and, if you already have the bazooka, you can use it to eliminate some of the obstacles and opponents - Bringing Down the House | Crash Bandicoot 3 Trophy Guide - Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped - Crash Bandicoot N. Sane Trilogy Game Guide

37 Clear Gems

Only after you have obtained the five color gems, try to find the remaining 37 clear gems. This order is important, because it is impossible to find some of the clear gems without the color ones.

Note - Actually, you can obtain more gems than the required 42, because you can also obtain them in secret stages such as Hot Coco and Eggipus Rex.

Each Clear Gem is awarded for completing one stage and destroying all crates in it. This is not it, however, because you can also obtain the missing gems in other ways. Below, you can find a list of stages, where you can obtain those extra gems:

  1. Bone Yard - You have to reach the end of the secret path after you have placed, in the slot, the red gem.
