When at the beginning of the mission you will go up the long stairs, go up the next on the right - Mission 11: JUDGMENT DAY | Intel - Intel - Call of Duty: Black Ops II Game Guide & Walkthrough

When at the beginning of the mission you will go up the long stairs, go up the next on the right. At their top there's a building number 27 (first picture above). Once you're inside you need to find the stairs leading up on the right. Up there, on one of the desks you will find intel (1/3) (second picture above).

When you find yourself in the room with lots of monitors on the walls, look at the third, left row of the desks (first picture above) - Mission 11: JUDGMENT DAY | Intel - Intel - Call of Duty: Black Ops II Game Guide & Walkthrough

When you find yourself in the room with lots of monitors on the walls, look at the third, left row of the desks (first picture above). On one of them you will find intel (2/3) (second picture above).

At the end of the mission you will get to an oval, dark room - Mission 11: JUDGMENT DAY | Intel - Intel - Call of Duty: Black Ops II Game Guide & Walkthrough

At the end of the mission you will get to an oval, dark room. After eliminating all the enemies move to the stairs on the other side (first picture above). Go down to the lower level and keep going sticking to the left or right wall. You'll get to the crates. The last intel in the game, intel (3/3), is lying on them (second picture above).
