This page of our guide to Beyond: Two Souls contains a description of Condenser scene. It's a scene set in a destroyed building. A lot of exploration and quick time events await you here. Jodie has to face dark creatures that can defeat her if you fail in too many QTEs.

Once you reach the crash site, keep going ahead and enter the building. Inside, keep going ahead until you reach the sign that reads LIFT. Next to the lift, you need to switch to Aiden and fall down the shaft by pressing R2.
You will notice there a crate blocking the door. Push it away and return to Jodie. The girl will now be vapable of opening the lift door and jump down (tilt the pad down).
After you land, you will notice the first corpse, which you can examine. To learn about the memories of the dead person, switch to Aiden and press, and hold down, L1 over the corpse. You will then have to position the left dot a bit over the outlet of the blue flame, and the right one a bit higher to direct the exhaust onto the girl's head. As soon as the memories disappear, use the lift's panel and get several floors below.
There is another corpse there waiting for you. You need to move it away to unblock the door to the short corridor. Follow it and try to open the door. If you fail, switch to Aiden and start the switch at the other side of the door. There is yet another corpse there, whose memories you can check.
The way ahead leads to the right. On the left, there are server stacks. Tip over the last one, as the spirit, and lower the red-lit grate. You will be able to climb over it and follow the venting shaft.
Once you are at the other side, take several steps and examine another corpse on the ground. A bit further, you will find your way blocked by a window pane. As Aiden, break the glass by tossing the nearby desk. Keep going to the right and examine the memories of one more victim.
The way ahead is through the flames, next to the LEVEL 4 sign. To put out fire, you need to switch to Aiden again and give a push to the extinguisher at the other side. Use it by holding down L1.
Past the flames, turn left, walk through the broken glass. A bit further, you will meet a man who will attack Jodie a bit later. Avoid his attacks by moving the right stick properly and following the instructions on the screen. Once the fight is over, go ahead and examine another corpse along your way. After you see the soldier's memories, walk into the room on the left Aiden will help you unlock further passage.
In the room, you will be attacked by the dark entities. Dodge their attacks, follow the instructions on the screen and you will reach another door. Behind the door, there is a corridor with a freezing temperature in it. To make it through the door at the other end, you need a keycard.
Go to the room on the right and search through the corpse of the dark-skinned scientist, in one of the corners of this location. First, take a look at it, by holding down the X button, and collect the card using the right stick. A bit later, you will be attacked by an army of living corpses. At first, dodge their attacks and follow the instructions on the screen. Then, use Aiden to push the enemies that are the closest to you. If you do that quickly enough, Jodie will open the door and proceed.
Behind the door, use the condenser console twice, and Jodie will point to the next panel. Before you come up to it, examine the corpse of a scientist nearby. By examining all of the corpses, you will unlock the [Reminiscence] achievement. Once you enter the room with a crack, turn right and run ahead. Climb up the successive ladders. To defeat the appearing entities, you need to use Aiden's powers. This way, you will reach the console that disables the whole machine.
Alternative solution
If you fail to complete the Quick Time Events properly and the entities defeat you, Jodie will be taken outside and the building blown up by soldiers.
