Important Choices in Episode 3: New World Order Batman: The Telltale Series Guide

Choice #1
The first important choice is connected to the situation presented in the last seconds of the first chapter. It is up to you to choose whether you want to help Renee or Harvey.
- Renee Montoya - Travel To - Choosing this option means, that Batman will help Renee.
- Harvey Dent - Travel To - Choosing this option means, that Batman will help Harvey.
Depending on the choice you have made, the second chapter will begin in the location you have chosen. All eventualities have been described in detail in chapter 2 under the headlines Harvey and Renee. No further consequences of this choice in this episode.
Choice #2
The second important choice is connected to the events of chapter four. It is up to you to decide whether to hit Oswald or play to the crowd and hide your pride.
- Punch him - You strike Oswald
- Sorry, my mistake - You restrain yourself from assaulting Oswald
The cutscene which follows the decision is the only difference here. If you strike Oswald, he will also have a black eye during the speech in the last chapter.
Choice #3
The third important choice can be found at the end of chapter four. It is up to you to decide about Lucius's situation. You can tell him to work with you on the Batman project, or advise him to stay in the company to spy for you.
- Be my ally in Wayne Enterprises - You want Lucius to stay in the company to be your eyes and ears.
- Come work for me - You want Lucius to go with you and help Batman.
No clear-cut consequences in this episode.
Choice #4
The fourth important choice is the situation presented in chapter six. It is up to you to decide whether to sleep with Selina, or refuse and propose that you become friends instead.
While choosing to romance Selina it is important not to resist her seduction and choose kissing options in all of the available dialogues. After the correct choices are made you will end up in bed together. If, however, you do not want the romance, then you have to reject her attempts at flirting with you by choosing the correct dialogue options.
The situation that follows is directly connected to your choice, but it does not have any further consequences in this episode.
Choice #5
The last important choice that you need to make is in chapter six of this episode. It is up to you whether you want to fight Harvey or simply avoid his strikes until he manages to calm down.
- Wear him down - Calm him down
- Beat him up - Start punching him
This choice does not have any significant impact on this episode, as both situations end in the exact same way. Helpless Harvey will kneel before you and a conversation between both of you will begin. The only difference is the way the fight plays out, with Bruce either fighting or dodging the hits.
