When you will have to, press X to destroy his armor [1]. From time to time, you will have to fight with some soldiers too [2]. Kill them first and then focus on the boss.

Soon, he will be dead [1] and you will bee able to leave Animus [2].

As a Desmond go upstairs and use Eagle Vision [1]. You will see a strange symbol that will lead you to the Colosseum [2].

After the cut scene, jump to catch the bar [1] and turn left [2].

Soon, you will get to the broken wall [1]. Climb and go straight ahead [2].

From here, you will be able to jump on another ruin fragment [1]. Soon, you will find a hole in the wall [2].

Catch it and go straight ahead [1]. Soon you will get to the wall with the lightning sign [2].

Climb above, jump on the other side and go left [1]. Soon you will get to the room with some boxes [2].

Climb and go to the wooden platform [1]. On the other side, you will see a lift [2]. Use it and go upstairs.
