click this link to bring up a map that i used to find the other flags, the missing flags on this map are numbered 20 and 14. http://forum.assassinscreedx.com/showthread.php?t=774, number 14 is behind a small stone dome, to the left of the green roof garden, on the next roof level. Hope this has helped!!!
