Think twice before you pick an order. When you decide to accept it, you are obliged to deliver the cargo. Many orders are time consuming, therefore pick up wisely. Cancelling an order is expensive - it costs $10000. After cancelling an order you must wait few hours until someone else will take your order.

Fines

Remember that damaging the cargo affects your income. It is not related to damaging your truck, which you can repair in each car repair shop. But the cargo cannot be repaired. If you are late your income will decrease as well. Your Route Advisor shows you the remaining time (second tab, [F6] by default).
