At the third flower you will find Templars who you can easily shoot.

During the first part of the mission you must destroy three flowers spilling a colorful dust. In case of the two closest plants you will do it easily as there are no enemies nearby. In case of third one you can be spotted, but there are only a few of enemies. At the last plant you will also find three Templars - shoot any of them to complete the side objective.

After getting to the chased carriage you can take control of it.

After getting rid of all the pots go to the next destination, where you should jump to the carriage and follow the escaping one. You will perform the kidnap once you get close enough to the enemy carriage and jump from roof to roof. Then all that's left is to kill the driver and hijack the carriage, with which you must return to Darwin.

Ignite the chest with explosives to destroy the carriage.

During the ride to the safe spot you will be attacked by enemy carriages. You shouldn't worry about them too much - follow Darwin's instructions and try to ride perfectly in front of them for few whiles - you will poison and eliminate them. Reach the destination point and destroy the carriage by igniting the chest with the explosive (get away to safe distance).

Challenges

Kill the Templar in the cloud of flower dust - kill one of the Templars with a gun in the range of the dust from the third plant.

Neutralize the cart of the thugs by using the flower poison - when riding through the bridge, position your carriage so that the toxin is directed at enemy carriage. Simply drive ahead of the enemy for a while.
