Waiting under the stairs for the doctor will allow you to quickly and safely kidnap him.

After the conversation with Darwin, go to the pointed station. Your objective will be to kidnap the doctor. One of the easiest ways is waiting under the stairs between which the doctor is walking. Once he walks down, quietly sneak up and kidnap him.

When walking through the station, in few places you must wait for the enemies to walk away, allowing you to get through.

Now you must get the doctor to the other end of the station. After the kidnap the place will start swarming with enemies, but no matter which road you choose the operation scheme is the same. Go slowly to the destination, preferably with the eagle vision constantly active. This will make avoiding the enemies much easier. If they are blocking the path, wait until they change their position - sooner or later they will always allow you to pass. Don't run and consequently bypass the enemies, watching out especially for the ones that can walk from behind a wall or from the stairs, detecting you immediately.

Catch the enemy carriage, jump on its roof and kill the driver.

After arriving at the destination you will be attacked. You don't need to fight the enemies, instead quickly jump to the nearby carriage and follow the false doctor. Once you get close enough to enemy vehicle, jump on the roof and then on the second carriage. Kill the doctor and return with your trophy to Darwin.

Challenges

Remain undetected - you can't be detected when getting the doctor through the station. Eagle vision and slow movement will help you in that. The enemies that are blocking your path will sometimes move to other places, allowing you to get through.
